Note: This feature works in most countries. Since systems are incompatible, we make sure that each country has appropriate equipment. A modem can pass CLID information to a computer for purposes of call logging or blocking.

You have the flexibility to charge customers who call for support any way you like. You can charge them per
call, per minute or a combination of both. For example, you can charge $1.99 per minute after the first 5
minutes or $5.00 for the first minute and $2.99 after each additional minute. The details are up to you.
